• If your nails are pink = good circulation, hooray!
• If your nails are red or purple = inflammed heart
• If your nails are clear = anaemia
• If your nails are blue = lack of oxygen
• If your nails are green = too much copper
• If your nails have white spots = lack of zinc
• If your nails have long and vertical ridges = lack of iron, or protein/calcium absorption
• If your nails are hard, rigid, and chalky white = severe chronic disease, hormone imbalance, anaemia
